In her interview with Ekonomist, Burcu Olcay Üstüner shared:

"We operate in the petrochemicals industry. In 2024, our focus was on maintaining our market share while increasing our customers' sales volumes. During this process, we developed tailored solutions for our customers and worked tirelessly to minimize supply chain disruptions in the industry. We also increased our R&D investments and took significant steps in sustainability. In a traditionally male-dominated industry, we have achieved a 33% female workforce ratio and are committed to increasing this figure even further.”
